*For Family workshops: Can include up to 3 additional family members who are 8 yrs+. Includes anyone who supports you in raising your family i.e, partner, co-partner, grandparents, siblings, cousins, bestie, etc. The family workshop can run longer depending depending on the amount of family members on the call.

**REFRAME or RESET Workshops: Find a date/time that suits you or join one that's already open. All workshops are capped at 10 people for a more personalized experience.
